Our clients are mainly large Nordic corporates, international companies with merger and acquisitions activities around the globe and financial sponsors.
Our investment banking consists of two main areas, Corporate Finance and Debt Financing. Our Corporate Finance department is a market leader in advisory services for both inbound and outbound mergers and acquisitions as well as equity capital market transactions.
Our Debt Financing department is one of the leading debt houses in the world and is responsible for arranging, structuring and executing a variety of debt transactions including bonds, corporate acquisition financings, general corporate refinancings, leveraged buyouts as well as other types of complex debt facilities, for instance within infrastructure and renewables.
